STL, STEP, OBJ or 3MF, in millimetres. No 3D file yet? Send a photo, a hand sketch or just the dimensions and we'll take it from there.

We slice it and quote

We run it through Orca Slicer and send you the screenshot — print time, grams of material, and the price. Usually back to you the same day.

You approve and pay

Confirm the material, colour and quantity. We raise a GST invoice; payment is upfront in full before the printer starts.

We print it

On the smallest machine the part actually fits, so you aren't paying for a bigger bed than you need. Every part is checked before it's packed.

It ships

Packed and dispatched by Delhivery with a tracking number sent to the same chat. We ship across India.

Before you send

Which file formats do you accept?

STL, STEP, OBJ and 3MF. Export in millimetres. If your part came from a CAD tool, STEP is the safest — it keeps the geometry exact.

I don't have a 3D file. Can you still help?

Yes. Send a photo, a sketch or the dimensions. We can generate a model with AI for ₹500, model it parametrically in CAD from ₹2,000 with three revisions, or 3D-scan a physical object you send us from ₹2,000. We also do PCB design if there's electronics going inside the part.

How strong will the part be?

Our default is 0.2 mm layers, 15% infill and 3 wall loops in PLA — good for prototypes, enclosures and display parts. For load-bearing or outdoor parts tell us how it's used and we'll raise the walls and infill, or move you to PETG, ABS, ASA or PA-CF. High-temp materials print up to 270 × 270 × 270 mm.

How long does it take?

The quote usually comes back the same day. Print time depends entirely on the part — a small bracket is hours, a full-size panel on the Giga can run for days. You'll get an honest estimate with the quote, before you pay.

Can I cancel or change the order?

Message us before the printer starts and we'll change or cancel it. Once printing has begun the material and machine time are already spent, so the order can't be cancelled.

Do you take bulk and production runs?

Yes — we run our own product line on the same floor across day and night shifts. Send the file and the quantity and we'll price the batch, including repeat monthly runs.

Will my design stay private?

Your files are used only to quote and print your order. We don't sell, publish or reuse customer geometry.

Do you ship outside Kanpur?

Across India, via Delhivery, with tracking. Local pickup in Kanpur is fine too — just say so when you order.
